Product Description

The Centurion D10 Controller PCB is the electronic "brain" of the Centurion D10 sliding gate motor — the microprocessor-driven control board that manages motor operation, safety devices, remote control signals, and diagnostics. It's sold as a genuine replacement part for repairs, upgrades, or servicing of D10 gate motor installations, and fits neatly inside the existing D10 motor housing.

There are two main versions available, depending on the age/generation of the D10 motor being serviced:

1. DX SMART Controller PCB — for D10 SMART / D10 Turbo SMART (and D5 SMART) motors
2. D10 LCD Controller V2 — for legacy (pre-SMART) D10 motors with an on-board LCD screen

DX SMART Controller PCB (for D10 SMART / D10 Turbo SMART)

A modern replacement controller board with no physical LCD display — all setup, configuration, and diagnostics are done wirelessly through the MyCentsys Pro app.

• Fully sealed plastic housing, protecting internal components from dirt and insects
• Easy to install as a direct replacement in compatible motor housings
• Full setup and control via the MyCentsys Pro smartphone app — no manual button programming
• Supports the same SMART features as the original D10 SMART controller: gate limits, speed, auto-close, individual channel configuration, and advanced diagnostics

Compatibility: D5 SMART, D10 SMART, D10 Turbo SMART (and, in some board variants, D6 SMART and D20 SMART)

D10 LCD Controller V2 (Legacy D10)

The classic backlit-LCD control board used in earlier (non-SMART) D10 sliding gate motors, offering full on-board programming via the display and keypad — no app required.

Key Features:

• Backlit LCD display for straightforward, guided on-site programming
• Onboard multichannel NOVA code-hopping receiver (24V DC) that can:
  • Learn transmitter buttons to specific functions (e.g. gate trigger, pedestrian opening, free-exit, pillar light control, holiday lockout)
  • Selectively delete lost or stolen transmitters
  • Auto-learn new transmitters (Autolearn) and auto-delete unused ones (Delete-Not-Present)
• Integrated ChronoGuard — a real-time clock and calendar timer offering multichannel time-activated and time-barring functionality (described at launch as a world-first)
• Auxiliary output configurable via the ChronoGuard timer, for external devices such as security lights or entrance fountains
• Pedestrian opening feature, restricting unauthorised vehicle access
• Holiday lockout facility, preventing the gate from opening while property owners are away
• Automatic closing with a user-adjustable time delay, plus pushbutton override to close the gate early
• Fully sealed plastic housing to protect against dirt and insects, with removable connectors for easy maintenance
