The Sherlotronics RX4-500 is a wireless receiver — the "base station" that listens for signals from Sherlotronics remote controls (like keyring remotes and panic buttons) and switches things on or off in response.

It has 4 independent channels, meaning it can control 4 separate things — for example, a gate, a garage door, a panic alarm, and a set of lights — all from one unit, with each channel triggered by its own remote(s).

Built for long-range, outdoor-rated performance, it's the step up from Sherlotronics' shorter-range 150m receivers, aimed at larger properties where signal distance matters.

What's compatible with it?

The RX4-500 is a receiver — it works with any compatible Sherlotronics remote/transmitter (keyring remotes, panic button remotes, wall-mount push buttons, etc.) operating on the same 403MHz/433MHz frequency. Remotes and transmitters are sold separately and can be "learned" into any of the 4 channels using the on-board learn switch.
