The W-Post is a heavy-duty galvanized steel fence post designed specifically for electric fencing systems. It gets its name from the "W"-shaped line insulators mounted along its length, which hold and insulate the high-tensile (HT) electric fencing wire. W-Posts are the standard choice for perimeter security fencing on homes, farms, and commercial properties, and are typically used together with high-tensile electric fencing wire, energizers, and corner/strainer posts to form a complete system.
